Single Shot experiment
I wasn't here for the practical, but I did help with the planning, and we decided to have the camera rotating in the centre, with members of the band placed around in a circle. I would probably do this again, as I think the camera isn't keeping up with the singer very well, and the singer walks around too much.
Split Screen Experiment
This was our only take on split screening, and you can tell at the beginning where the split point is, as well as when the right hand side clip runs out. I seem to be walking a bit robotically, so I would change that if I was going to do that again. The camera moves on recording the left hand side, and ending recording on the right hand side. Also, someone appears from nowhere, crossing the road to the chemist.
Chroma Keying Experimentation
This was done by holding a piece of lime green A4 paper, and filming over the subject's shoulder (over the shoulder shot). Chroma Keyer was then used to eliminate the green and show the layer behind (which is a short clip of "The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony")
As I put the the Bittersweet Symphony video on the back layer, I would recreate this in a better way by ensuring the entire video was on the paper, where-ever the subject moves
